Cow is one of the most significant and prominent insignia of Hinduism. Similarly illumined beings say that we can get artha, kama,dharma,and moksha in this kaliyug by referring cow.Vedas and purans are replete with commentaries that eulogize the importance and veneration which sages have bestowed on cows.

लक्ष्मीर्या लोकपालानां धेनुरूपेण संस्थिता।
घृतं वहति यज्ञार्थ मम पापं व्यपोहतु।।
